From the Lyme Disease Association (with my comment below it).
LYME PATIENTS, LAST DAY TO BE HEARD!
Tomorrow, June 24, is last day to send in comments to HHS Working Group (even a paragraph) telling them persistent Lyme (chronic) needs to be acknowledged and addressed by the federal government.
Countless thousands of patients are being discriminated against--46 years of Lyme & no help has ever been provided!
CDC & NIH need to be held accountable! Thanks to those who have already sent comments.
See LDA wbsite for information & details of where to submit comments.
Please help us fight for YOU! LDA has worked so hard to try to make things better and rarely asks for you to do anything towards that goal because they know you are sick and struggling.
BUT, they are asking now.
If nothing else, please simply write something like this... "Please address CHRONIC Lyme disease"... and send it to:

Done! Easy peasy1
Here is what I said:
"Please address chronic Lyme Disease. It does exist and people are suffering long-term effects as well as loss of livelihood, and proper care and treatment, - and hope. You are there to find ways to help. Please!"

Lyme sufferers;
I know you are in pain today. I know you are bedridden today. If you are able, e-mail to the link Tincup provided, and let your voices be heard. Take care. We are all in this together
