Here is a good video on coping with anxiety. Dr. Fallon is a noted expert on Lyme disease, as well as psychiatry.

This was done in March, but still applies. We had not yet been wearing masks......

Listen, I understand that it's hard for you, but I believe that there are no desperate situations and you shouldn't dramatize everything so much. Any depression or anxiety completely disappears over time and this is completely normal. Sometimes there are very difficult periods in life and I myself have faced this and The only thing that helped me during such periods was kratom. It is a great tool that will help you forget about depression or anxiety. I was looking for a reliable store where you can buy kratom for a long time and eventually came across Kratom Gallery. There is a huge assortment and excellent prices for different varieties.

Wow that was a godsend, thankyou, I'll certainly watch this later on. I am having the worst time with this. I think having a chronic illness too esp lyme doesn't help where the future is still so unknown. You feel so sheltered and isolated as it is that you get paranoid and feel as though you're losing it. I pray everyday that things will get better soon.
