I know MCAS can affect the nose/sinuses, but I haven't found much details on it online.
the last couple days I have been having this pain in my nose like a giant pimple is forming, but it's not. and it moved around.
I also have some swelling interior and exterior.
It hurts so bad at times and swollen that I can't wear my glasses.
so, is this a mast cell thing? or is it something else??

I know for myself, I get staph infections in my nose. I have an ointment I use for them and the pain and misery will go away in a few days.
I think I've heard others complain about similar problems on the mast cell sites.
