Hello,

I work for a company that helps develop collaborative solutions based on people's needs. We would love to talk to medical professionals about their experiences and expertise around Lyme to help us understand today's Lyme landscape.

We're looking for insights to help identify and implement innovative solutions to improve people's quality of life living with Lyme. If you or someone you know is interested in speaking with us, please fill out the form linked below, and we'll contact you about the next steps. Filling out the survey form is not a commitment to participate.

Thanks for taking the time.

I'm just curious - what kind of innovative solutions are you thinking of to improve people's quality of life? In my experience, each of us is unique, with our own constellation of symptoms and treatments that work for us, discovered by trial and error.
