Just curious - I have done natural immune boosting ever since the virus began last year and I am up to 4 negative tests so far.

I have not been able to stay inside due to needing ongoing chiro care. And my chiropractor has 100s of patients. He has stayed well also from boosting his immune system.

What I take daily:
1) up to 10 gms of Vit C. I do just a couple 1000mgs if staying in, and take 1000mg/hr if out.
2) 5000IU Vit D
3) a turmeric capsule in the am and pm
4) Host Defense capsules - they have 17 dried mushrooms in a capsule. I take 2 in the am and pm M-F. We can also just eat mushrooms - very anti-viral.
5) an ounce of mangosteen juice (strong antioxidant)

I didn't know what would happen last spring, but as I kept getting negative tests, I relaxed and started posting about it online, that I am an immune-compromised person who is going out, and am healthy!

Btw, I am too allergic a person to consider getting the vaccine, so I'm going to have to continue to naturally protect. I am aware that there are lots of natural immune boosters. My doctor has even more that he recommends.

So curious if others here are boosting and what your health results have been.

I won't be taking the vaccine either and I've been out a lot. I am as safe as I can be when out.

I can't take Vit C .. at all.

I take curcumin and 5,000 IU of D3, along with K2. Also Zinc (keep it LOW) and selenium. If I get Covid, I'll up the Vit D3.

Mushrooms are also out for me .. but I will make it!!

I have on hand a script for ivermectin .. will also try to take melatonin to help out.

Best of luck to everyone!

I'm on the list for the vaccine at my allergist office. Have MCAD with anaphylaxis and have to be pre-medicated before and injected 3 times in divided doses equalling one vaccine dose. This has to be done for both of the shots.

In the meantime I'm taking Premier Research liquid zinc and EmergenC. Also I incorporate fasting to boost my immune system.

If I didn't live with my 89 y.o. mother I wouldn't get the vaccine. There's a chance that I won't be able to anyways. I'll just have to see how it goes.

Everyone in our immediate family has been infected and there's been four deaths in extended family so far.

We are very vigilant with wearing masks, social distancing and hand washing.

Stay safe!

AK .. Aren't some of the vaccines only one shot? I haven't followed it that closely, but it would help you a lot if you could get away with ONE shot.

Those of us who choose to get the Covid19 vaccine are protecting everyone else, too. The more of us immune to the virus, the sooner it will die off.

I respect those who chose not to get vaccinated, but I do not respect them stopping others from getting it - as people in LA did.

Good that you are being careful and pumping up your immune system.

We all need to be careful, and careful of others. People can have the virus and pass it on even if they have no symptoms.

Wearing masks, keeping your distance , washing your hands are all still the best, even for those of us who have been vaccinated.

The mRNA vaccines seem to be more effective than the one shot vaccines. But any vaccine would be helpful.

There are a lot of misconceptions about the mRNA vaccines.

Truth: they do not change your genes (DNA)

Truth: the mRNA is broken down by the body after it has sent its message just as the body’s natural mRNA gets broken down after sending it message.

Truth: mRNA does not seem to affect fertility. More women in the trial who received the vaccines accidentally got pregnant during the trial than those in the placebo group.

Also true for those who get the flu vaccine, you can still get the flu with mild symptoms or be asymptomatic and pass the flu on. Same is true so far as we know with the covid vaccines.

The “regular” vaccines (not mRNA) will likely have more preservatives such as aluminum and mercury which is why they can be stored at higher temperatures.

Although for medical reasons (bad reaction to a flu vaccine) I cannot get the covid vaccine, I hope that all those around me do get it. A vaccine is the best way to slow and stop this pandemic.

That being said it is an individual medical choice.

And of course I wear a mask, social distance, wash my hands, and eat a healthy diet.

Blessings to you all!

Lymetoo, who is Dekrator and why should we believe what she posts anymore than people believe what I post here?

Dr. Tenpenny, who is the author of the post that you linked, does not believe in wearing face masks. That alone causes me to distrust her.

Yet, we can see that through wearing face masks, social distancing and probably vaccination the amount of the annual flu has decreased significantly this year.

On September 12, this doctor posted falsely that covid vaccines alter DNA and would make you “trans human”.

On July 20, she crazily posted that the vaccine would have an encode that could later activate various things such as 5G technology.

The 2 posts that I listed have been removed from Facebook so I cannot link them.

Again the choice to get vaccinated is a personal one but I hope that people will not rely on false information and will talk to a doctor whom they trust.

Oh hey...let me clarify...I'm getting one shot but they won't push the plunger down entirely. Just a little bit at a time to see if I have an adverse reaction. I'm hoping that I can tolerate it. [Smile]
