Hi Gang I studied all vaccinations for covid and chose the non RNA JJ shot.
Now they spout there lies and want me to take a RNA booster shot.
LIKE (they can take their RNA and go to A hot place made for the devil) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"They" just want you to survive. I like this doctor's statement:
“If you were in a community that has high overall vaccination and you have J&J, you really don’t have much to worry about
because in that community, you will not only be protected by your J&J vaccine, you’ll be protected by the high level of vaccination in your entire community around you,” said Rasmussen.
“And that’s what people really should think about before they start getting too worried about whether or not J&J protects against delta.”
The usual common sense - mask, safe distance and wash your hands - are absolutely needed because the delta version of covid is really nasty and spreads rapidly.

Maddog, The mRNA breaks down very quickly and it does not alter your genetic make-up in anyway.
I have not turned into an alien due to the mRNA shot.
I agree with Ann--the more people in the community that are vaccinated the better protected we will all be.
The more people that are vaccinated the fewer variants we will have and the virus will eventually die out or become less harmful.
But I am not sure where you heard that those who took the J and J vaccine need a mRNA booster?
And Maddog--you make various kinds of mRNA for so many things everyday naturally.

The vaccine showed a small drop in potency against the variant, compared with its effectiveness against the original virus, the company said.
But the vaccine was more effective against the Delta variant than the Beta variant, first identified in South Africa — the pattern also seen with mRNA vaccines.
Antibodies stimulated by the vaccine grow in strength over time, researchers also reported.
The results were described in a news release, and the company said that both studies had been submitted for online publication on Thursday.
One of those studies has been accepted for publication in a scientific journal. Both studies are small, and the researchers said they had released the results early because of intense interest from the public.
“The coverage of the variants is going to be better than what people anticipated,” said Dr. Dan Barouch, a virologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
“There was a lot of misinformation that was spreading, so we decided that we needed to get this into the public domain right away.”

I know you do, Maddog! And I am so glad you got it!
So sad to see so many of those people who were so sure they would lose some sort of freedom if they got a vaccine, now suffering most of the cases of the delta Covid virus. And many are dying.
We can't give up trying to stay safe and protect others, too! even if you have been vaccinated.
The delta version shows us that there could be other variations out there, and we might not be protected against them.
So please take care, everybody, get vaccinated , wear masks indoors and in groups, keep your distance, and wash your hands.
None of that should interfere with your life very much - and might avoid sickness and death!

Congratulations on getting your J&J vaccine. It should help protect you, especially if members of your community are vaccinated.
As far as all the wild conspiracies and misinformation about mRNA vaccines are out there, Ninja Nerds Medical Lectures has excellent information that should be more than reassuring for vaccines and how mRNA work. Zach and his team do such a phenomenal job of breaking down biochemistry and immunology.
It should make you and others feel really reassured. The best way to counter the pseudoscience misinformation that abounds is with science that demystifies it. (Former health sciences student here.)
