Dr S.P. has posted an article on Monolaurin, his favorite supplement. He has allowed it to be shared for 7 days. Thank you Dr SP. 💚

Dr. P. is a briliant dr, and a long-time advocate for us.

I was surprised that he said he was bitten by a "bug" and that he didn't mention Lyme disease at all.

He makes a reference to vector-borne disease, but the link given barely mentions Lyme disease.

His book on Chronic diseases, published last year, got lots of raves

Can anyone recommend a brand?

I see Lauricidin is popular and comes in pellet form but know nothing about quality.

This was recommended to me In the beginning of my health journey.
When I tell you this is strong, believe me.
Took it for 2 days, couldn’t wait for the suffering to end that this product caused. My fault. . . took full dose. It’s been sitting on a shelf ever since.

https://www.lauricidin.com/shop/lauricidin-original-monolaurin

Dr P’s article is very convincing to have a go at it again, slowly titrating dose.

I jotted down monolaurin in my notepad. Then after getting an email from Mercola about monolaurin also, I did some more research.

Mercola had the brand Ecological Formulas Monolaurin in his email. All these alternative docs run in the same circles so I ordered this brand with my regular Swanson order.

I'm not looking to herx, so I'm doing 1 a day at 300 mg.

any brand should work its a simple chemical - not a proprietary blend or anything like that

after that its just about dose

lauricidin is of of the best known brands - it comes in pellet form - which is handy as the dose can be easily adjusted up or down to suit

in his interviews he says he believes bartonella
(rather than lyme)was his biggest problem and that he got this from spider bites while sleeping in his bed.

prof Ed Breischwerdts of North Carolina state uni - the famous bartonella researcher, has published a paper documenting a family infected with bartonella from spiders in their house - the same strain was found in the spiders and the woodlice that they fed on if i recall correctly

I follow his Facebook site.
He says he will take down the paywall in one week.
