Does anyone have terrible leg tiredness,
pains, weakness?

my legs seem to struggle in supporting my body weight.

I'm moving around at snails pace

this is accompanied by lower back pains and discomfort

At night I cant sleep because the pains in my lower back, buttocks and legs is even worse

wow I have been having this for the past week.
I thought maybe it was covid again since I felt similarly in July when I last had covid, but I took 3 tests in a row and all negative.

did you do a covid test?

I think mine might be b.duncani if it isn't covid. I am here looking for answers tonight. I feel so bleh and not good.

Hi echorox, and Lisa K,

I've had leg weakness and pain, for many many years, at first one hip would catch, and I couldn't walk for a moment. Recently my DR.[not Lyme literate] has said I have siatica [sp.].

One description for the leg weakness for me has been like being on roller skates for days ,and then trying to walk normal when i got them off.

Used to skate at grandmas when we were little, to many years back to count.

I sometimes use a rice buddy to apply to back or legs, Cotton sock with dry uncooked rice in it, set in Micro wave a minute and half or so, to hold heat. I knot the end closed.

Hopefully you can fine]d some relief, I pray a lot too.

LisaK, sorry I only saw your message now,

went to my G.P. and yes they did a Covid test, [negative]

my temperature was 38.4, She said " You have an infection" I felt like saying " oh really, do you think so? Well I only have an infection for 30 years" [bonk] [Doctor don't want to know about Lyme]

So she referred me to a hospital for chest Exray, prescribed a strong 7 day course of antibiotics

I'm feeling better now, waiting to called for that Exray

By the way I'm having bad night sweats for the last 6 nights.

Like you I fear its that damn Babesia also

Hi Silverwolf. Sorry in delay getting back to you

Thanks for your well wishes

That is a good description of it regarding the roller skates

I have improved quite a good amount since my original post [see above]

I'm trying now to arrange a lower back MRI

There is a possibility that it could be caused by disc degeneration or sciatica or other musculoskeletal issue

There's been a huge amount of work related wear and tear on my body over the years

I had not heard of a rice buddy but maybe its worth a try

Do you wear regular socks and then pull on a homemade rice filled sock?

Are the pains and aches going from your hips all the way to the ankles front and back?
