My wife and I manage a 300 unit apartment complex in Southern California.
The real scary thing is I understood everything that was said in LR's post.
I had to call the Social Security Office in Maryland the other day.
I called and the answering service asked me to select "1" if I wanted to speak to a U.S. government official in English; I hung up the phone.

I now supervise the tech support pippies. (If you want to call it that...none of them take me seriously...I am too sarcastic and goofing on them all the time)
We are right here in the good old usa.
What's funny is...if you own our software, and ANYTHING on the computer breaks...they call US before anyone else so that get someone who speaks ENGLISH...lol
