hello - been reading a while- this will be my first post on flash.lymenet.org. I would first like to thank all the others for all the great posts! If "Off Topic" is an incorrect or not the best category for this post just drop a line (or move it mods!) After a lengthy decision process I have decided to make the move to relocate to florida. Im looking for some input on differnet areas - the more south the better. I've done some research at Floridaguide.com and florida moves and bonita springs florida real estate. I really want to focus on florida-specific resources, not general ones like realtor.com! Any suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot to everyone.

Hi. One of my favorite areas in Florida is Ocala - absolutely beautiful. It's not far south in Florida tho. Kind of atypical for what you might think of for Florida - lots of green pastures, rolling land (it's horse area). I would have to assume that it is like Kentucky (never been there).
Good luck on your search! cootiegirl
