Ive had a flare of sx the last few days. Mainly in my right ankle. I have this bag that can go in the freezer or microwave. I found that heat works better. My 10yo son was trying to help me and unbeknownst to me he put it in the microwave for 7 minutes! Lol. Stunk up the house something fierce. He figured if 2 minutes was good then 7 mins was better! We had a good chuckle. And hugs for wanting to help mama out. Bless his heart!

I have one of those things too. Sometimes it is buckwheat in there. I'm not sure exactly what is in mine.

But yes, if you overheat them that long, they STINK! haha.
