Propane is expensive and that heater will suck it out very quickly. The tiny space heaters produce a lot of heat and it's not expensive at all. Plus you don't have to keep refilling the propane, which was a big deal where we lived at the time.

i have 3 elec heaters-all diff sizes-that is so much easier if it doesnt cost too much...its colder here tho

we use the tiny speace heater too. it clicks on and off at night.
propane is used for our refrigerator and that's it basically.
i'd go with a small space heater that you can unplug.

the elec heater is working good but one problem is the regular propane heater keeps trying to start-it cant cuz i have the propane off but it keeps trying...wont that wear something out?

turn the electricity off to the propane heater. there should be a switch or a fuse especially if it has a fan.
All else fails turn off thermostat or turn way down. sometimes a small button on bottom or side

i called the company and the secretary talked me thru how to push the thermostat til i clicked and turned off the elec
i feel pretty stupid...but the problem is solved
thanks tho...i'll come looking for you when i get in trouble again
