Hi Lyme family,

No spoilers here...we'll just say it was a fantastic movie.

Now if you've read the books you know there are some honeymoon scenes, after the wedding etc.

We tho't it was sweet, but I wouldn't probably bring younger children to the movie. Perhaps Ages 13 and up[unless there was a rating that we missed]?

TxC' is a Sci-fi and StarTrek ,some Westerns Indiana Jones, movie buff.

We both consider it probably the best movie we have seen to date!!!

We went to a matinee, because it was far less spendy ,and finances are so tight.

It has been awhile since we were able to have a date...so this was really fun...inspite of my headachey-ness.

There were some laugh out loud funny parts, some very scarey parts and so on... wont say more so to keep to a-no spoiler review-...but we loved it!!!

Glad you and TxC enjoyed the movie [Smile] I can't wait to see it!

I didn't think I would like the series at all. Thought the books sounded like stupid kids books.

My sister kept insisting that I read them but I refused. Somehow she convinced my mom to read them, not sure how she did that.

When my mom read them all in like 3 days I knew they had to be good.

Of course, once I started the first book, I was happily surprised. I couldn't put them down. I didn't want the books to end!

<<<<< sammy >>>>>,

Hey there,

I hope you get a chance to see it, we tho't the movie was very worthwhile.

And so far like each of the other movies,it has stuck reasonably close to the books!

I heard about the books about five years back...Vampires aren't usually my thing.

Read the books year before last, and let TxCoord read them. He liked them us much as I do!

And the movies...!!! Each is better than the last WOW [Smile] !!!

Fans here too, a guilty pleasure I share with my teen. Loved the movie!
Hate that she has a crippling headache, we rarely get to go out. But we still had fun.

<<<<< miklizro, and teen >>>>>,

Aren't the movies fun ? We had a blast.

I can sympathize w/ your teens headache...I get them frequently, migraines, and was fighting a concussion headache [from last part of October].

Couldn't resist the movie tho'. We kept costs down by going to the Matinee!

did any of the movie theaters have a a sign stating that so much time into the movie there's a scene with flashing lights that could trigger seizures in people? I guess it might be people who are sensitive to that?

Hi <<<<< BuffyFan >>>>>,

Didn't notice any signs warning of light triggers for epilepsy seizure .

I get seizure like activity at times, and didn't have any issues from the movie itself, that I know of...

Was recovering from a concussion at end Oct.,and still fighting the headache...

We don't get to go to movies very often, I like the Pirates of the Caribbean movies as well.

And some of them seemed to have a lot of light flashes and so on.

Back to intent of post, did you go to the movie ? If so did you enjoy it? Some folk are not into the Twilight Saga Series.

I would wonder, if you contacted the theaters in your area to ask about light flash dangers to epilepsy persons... if they might post something ?!!

I've seen more than one or two movies [and we don't get to go to many] that I got a headache from, and once I ended up wearing my sunglasses ,to make it thru a movie.

Twilight: Breaking Dawn- Part 1 was rather intense, and I am not sure which part you refer to. I do know I enjoyed the movie greatly.

If you went I hope you enjoyed it as well,w/o any seizure episodes. My Mother had an unusual form of Epilepsy, and I have a sibling who has seizure activity at times.
