Thinking in my head is usually out. So thinking via the keyboard kind of helps although I usually am not able to read what I write.

So starting this thread to help me keep a log.

OK need to seperate this from activity, food, and include those days when brain inflamation is at different levels.

Activity Thursday: [Smile] [Smile] [Smile]

Shower, removed more camping equipment from car, loaded power chair and able to take car to mechanic and then drove power chair home.

Able to finish local pc papers and mail, able to write letter to medicare to change name but have not addressed envelope yet, able to dump old cat litter and put litter box in sun

Brain inflamation: [Frown] [Frown] [Frown]

Constant. Tried ice packs, excedrin, going to try intense muscle spray next and more ice packs and watching a movie vs playing games and watching TV at the same time.

Food Intake: [Smile]

Egg salad, lemon drink, most likely chicken thigh next

4 excedrin

Not doing very good at keeping track. I thnk I will record what I ate late rand then forget what it was that I ate.

Activities have been a bit more so that also does me in and i am not able to eat or write down what it was.
