My puter is obviously smarter than I am. I know how to turn on and off but about it.

I bought McAfee virus protection from Wally World almost a year ago.

For one reason or another it wont let me install it and have been running bare for way too long.

Something has me infected NOW cause I got the password and info to install it and now it wont let me cause it says I already used it.

yes I did get half way installed a couple times but it never finished.

SOOOOOOO I tried installing a few free virus/malware tools people have said are great to have.

Puter wont do those either,,,something blocks them,,,or they just stop dead in tracks,,,doesnt do anything.

Thought better than nothing,,,now still have zero help/coverage.

Type real slow cause I am dumb bell 101 class dropout

If I cant find help might have to have my 4 year old grandson fix it,,,,but he never comes to visit

Or have to give up and quit computer life cause I cant figure it out...If I disappear I got ate by a virus!!!
