I have a large collection of photos and memes from Facebook on my computer.
seems that now when I try to save one, it gets saved (I think) but it doesn't show up. Can't find it. I've even deleted some old ones in case my files were too full.
Doesn't seem to help.
Any ideas??

Just a thought, but are they going into your 'downloads' folder?

Yes, they are in my downloads but now when I save a new one I can't find it.

droid (from the thread in Medical) is right, you need to save them as a .jpg or whatever your preferred format is.
And are you designating where you want them to go, i.e., in what file?
Do you have a mac? If so, or they are likely going in iPhoto.
ALTHOUGH, I have had the same problem in recent months, also, come to think of it. I"m not sure where the heck they are going, although they can eventually be found on my computer. It's just that they aren't going into the files I create in iPhoto.
I haven't figured out what is happening to them. Yeesh! Let us know if/when you figure it out---and whether you have a mac or a PC.
