1. Regular meeting: Wednesday April 16, 2008 at 7 PM - Kennett Square Friends Meetinghouse North Union St. Kennett Square, PA Ken Singleton, MD will be speaking at 7:00 PM. The title of his presentation is `` A Review of Novel Therapies for Lyme Disease''. Ken Singleton's Web Site is http://www.lymedoctor.com/ Dr Singleton is a Lyme treating physician with considerable experience with Lyme and tick-borne diseases.
2. Special Presentations: Saturday April 19, 2008 at 1-4 PM at the West Chester East High School, 450 Ellis Lane, West Chester, PA (1.2 miles East of Route 202 on Paoli Pike.)
Robert Bransfield, MD, a psychiatrist with expertise in Lyme and other tick-borne diseases will cover ``Lyme Disease & Neuropsychiatric Symptoms and Treatments'' and
Pat Smith, President of the national LDA will cover ``Overview of Lyme Disease and What is Being Done About It.''

Pat Smith is the very active President of the LDA and has been a driving force in publicizing the seriousness of Lyme disease in the community and with state and federal legislators. She will bring us up to date with legislative efforts to protect patients and doctors.
