Jill Rappaport, a friend of Oprah's and a reporter for the Today show, was on Oprah's show today for a follow-up on the puppy mills story.

What if people contacted Jill about doing a story on Alex (Mike's niece)? Maybe then it might get to Oprah through the "back door"?

Another idea was to contact Brian Ross, Chief Investigative Reporter for ABC News, or another big name reporter for any of the major news networks who is reputable and has clout.

Just my two cents - hope this helps.
