I may have a different reaction than some on this...
This book is superbly written. It's analytical, but packed with both wisdom and facts that sum up the complexity of this terrible disease and the politics influencing healthcare for Lyme patients. All that done without offering opinion that taints the message.
Perhaps most important: it's easy to read! Pam et al, this book is worth much more!

easy to read; you betcha ... with my neuro lyme of 40 yrs. i was really dreading some print in timesnewroman but she left room for things making it esier to read and comprehend.

I purchased a copy and donated it to the local library - I wish I had gotten 2, so that I could give one to the hospital library. Not that I think anyone there would read it!
My librarian was thrilled and said she knew of at least 3 people who would be interested in reading it.
I may get a few more.
