Hi All,

It's almost November; the new guidelines are supposed to emerge by the end of the year.

Is there any news as to when that might be?

Any substantiated news as to which way the wind is blowing?

personally, i don't expect anything until dec. 31 !!! i'll be pleasantly surprised if they rule before that time and 2 months away ...

perhaps mid dec!

Remember... there's no guarantee there will be NEW guidelines. There is still potential for them to stay the same or just be tweeked slightly.

Don't get your hopes up too high. This is the IDSA afterall.

I don't know if I can handle the announcement. The slightest mention that we might loose this battle and I'm fainting with despair.

I believe if little changes, a lawsuit will ensue.

There will be change, it's a question of when.
