Apparently these people know nothing about Nevada. Calling it a "Desert State". They're thinking of southern Nevada. Mid and Northern Nevada have mountains and have all four seasons.
In fact, a whole town around Lake Tahoe, or nearly the whole town, was diagnosed with CFS and the culprit was - guess what - Lyme.
