The Infectious Diseases Society of America-the group that makes it so difficult for Lyme patients to get proper treatment-will have its annual meeting in San Diego, Oct. 17-21.
LymeDisease.org will hold a protest rally on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Join us at the corner of Fifth Street and Harbor Blvd, which is across the street from the Convention Center. It's near the entrance to San Diego's historic Gaslamp District. There is a San Diego Trolley stop nearby as well.
Wear lime green if at all possible. You might want to bring a snack, water bottle, hat and sunscreen. If you plan to attend, please send an email to [email protected]. (It will be useful for us to have a preliminary head count.)
