Law Would Grant 'Safe Harbor' to Docs Who Follow Guidelines

Essentially they want protections for NOT treating, because they already have NO liability for activating latent infections with more junk DNA IN FAILURES TO TELL THEM WHAT THEY ARE ALREADY INFECTED WITH.

Which they already have in protections from the NVICP. You cannot sue your doctors for vaccine damages if those antigens make them sick.

They created it after AIDS/MadCow/Lyme all broke out IMO because they knew what caused it...Infections they gave us for decades in vaccines and now refuse to help save the masses.
Treating Autism for the CAUSE.

In fact AU is legislating taking Food away if you will not agree to add to the mix to kill the faster.

"Guidelines should be developed through a transparent process by a knowledgeable, multidisciplinary panel of experts."

Right, they should be. But look at how the IDSA guidelines were prepared and it would be clear this doesn't always happen. Furthermore, there has been a lot written lately about the failures of guidelines.

I think this defense is already used successfully by doctors in lawsuits, and furthermore many attorneys will not take a case on contingency which is not liable to succeed for this reason. I don't see how this law is even needed.
