He is one of the biggest advocates we have to bring awareness of lyme to the world. He does everything he can to get the word out. He is a wonderful doc, truly a compassionate soul, and he fights for us daily.
Unfortunately, he is a NY doc, and NY docs are under pressure right now. Without your help, they can easily get shut down. This is serious, folks. We need everyone's help here, even if you don't live in NY. Gov. Cuomo is listening. PLEASE go to activism and sign to protect him.
Even if you don't see this doc, the outcome of this bill can affect you.
P.S. Also in activism we need to save lyme testing! The FDA wants to standardize all medical tests, including lyme. The ramifications here are huge. Please go to Razzle's post and sign.

I have contacted the Governor and asked everyone I know to do so. I have asked my friends and family to forward the link to everyone they know.
Have you?
Please, please so do if you have not. Got to Activism, you will find a ton of information there and easy links to contact him.
It takes all of three minutes to fill out the form, a few minutes to give the governor's office a call to urge him to sign the lyme bill into law.
We need the help of everyone from every state, NOT just NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS.
Why is everyone so quiet about this issue? Why isn't there any feedback from the you guys letting us know if you have heard us, if you have contacted the Governor?
This is an issue that will affect the entire lyme community.
Please let us know if you have contacted the Governor-give us some feedback--please.

I've contacted the Governor. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Maybe just one more voice will help him make up his mind for justice and freedom.

Thanks DKat! It's good to get your feedback
Razzle, you can call his office and urge him to sign Bill S7854 / A7558B into law:
The Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo Governor of New York State NYS State Capitol Building Albany, NY 12224 (518) 474-8390
Thanks, and everyone one should do so no matter what state you live in.
Email links for both NY state residents and non-NY state residents can be found here for those who have not yet contacted the Governor. It takes all of three minutes:
I've noticed with relief, that more and more news agencies are just going to the ILADS doctors for the interviews and skipping their IDSA counterparts completely. Believe me, the NYS LLMDs who are speaking out are being targeted by the NYS OPMC, some of them repeatedly, and it hasn't stopped them from doing what they know is right. Have you made your call to Governor Cuomo and asked him to sign S7854-A7558B, the Lyme Disease Protection bill? Phone: 518-474-8390 -------------------- KarlaL
