I am currently working on the UK National Fight Lyme Campaign.

I need help if possible please from any UK or NI Lyme Patients.

The Campaign Details:

Please help us get proper accurate testing & treatment on the NHS for Lyme Disease by Supporting our campaign! 💚 - at the moment there is no proper provision!

SURVEY: 💚IMPERATIVE💚

If you haven't already please kindly Complete this urgent Questionnaire - UK & NI Citizens please complete this MP requested survey if you or anyone you know has symptoms consistent with Lyme disease. The results will be used to lobby parliament about this national health problem.
