My llmd had me on 250mgs.of zithro and once weekly shot of bicillin. I ichted so bad from the shot

She told me to stop the shot because she thought it might be an allergic reaction

instead of just stopping the shot only I stopped all. I've been feeling terrible. I'm fatigued, and my LEGS HURT.

I've seen it posted on here before that some of us felt better on abx. I think I did too.

Last night I took the zithro for the first time in a week and now I've been UP ALL night!

It seems and tonight conferms, that when I take the zithro (at first)I can't sleep! Does this make any since?

I'm miserable!!!! Need advice , Jamie

Hi Jamie!

I have taken Zithromax in the past but can't recall if it caused me insomnia. Have you got a knowledgable Llmd? Hopefully someone else that has experienced this will come along soon with some suggestions. Lyme takes a lot of perserverence and trial and error to find the right combination. I hope you feel better real soon.
