Is anyone taking these 2 things? What are they exactly? If you are taking them, have they helped you? I am going to start taking them tomorrow.

Hey,
I use 5-HTP to help me get to sleep. I take 200mg before bed and then if I wake up in the night I take another 100mg to get back to sleep.
I don't know what the Anotronex is or what you're using the 5-HTP for.
