I started zithri 500 mg and flagyl 500 mg a day, just wanted to know what side affects i may get and has this combo helped anyone else?
I tried doxy, amoxy, and iv roc(only did iv for 2 weeks, didnt like it)
so i am hoping this might work?

I currently do 300 doxy and 250 zith. I think I have been having both physical and mental herxing cyclically throughout the months. I just started the zith last month and have noticed diarrhea or more GI distress than when on doxy or amoxicillin alone.
How long ago did you start abx treatment? For me it takes about 4 days after start of new med to feel like crap.
When were you diagnosed?

I got lyme in oct 2004, started abx in jan 05, i have done amoxy, doxy, and 2 weeks iv roc..... just hoping this will work for me?

The flagyl might make you nauseous. When I took it I pulsed 4 days on, 3 days off. I'm not sure if it worked. Adding zith to an abx should help.
