Hi:Those of you that suppliment with magnesium, how much do you take per day.
I actually got rid of my PVC's when I went to 850mg. a day of mag. malate. But, they came back about 2 weeks later.
Wondering if I need to take more.

Doc told me to add one a day and then when you get diarrea to back off one. Oh joy!
