Rob,

I've got two thoughts on this -

One, you're eating something to which you have a food allergy or sensitivity. Try eating ONE food at a time and seeing if your symptoms are worse with certain foods than others. Biggies to watch out for are grains, dairy, eggs. Read labels and know what you're eating!

Two, you're eating foods that are aggravating a yeast issue. When my niece's yeast is acting up, she can feel really awful right after eating a yeast-feeding food.

Maybe it's time to start keeping a food journal and see if you can spot a pattern for how you feel after what and when...

I've noticed this recently too, Rob...

On two occasions. I could barely keep down some Thai-chicken-coconut soup....and I believe the other was cheese-related.

I've gotten a metallic-like taste in my mouth along with a headache.

There are othere times when cheese is no problem though.

Kinda sporadic

I get really sick after neating about 80% of the time. This is new since starting IV rocephin and oxycontin so i wasnt sure if it was a side effect of either of them. Still got no clue why its happening but it deffinately wasnt there b4 that treatment started. I get dizzy, hot, sweaty, nauseated, headaches etc oh plus i have to fight to keep my eyes open. I went to dinner and a movie the other night and lets just say i have no idea what movie i went to see total waste of money!!!!

Any ideas would be great

A LLMD told me that food elevates insulin levels which can can exacerbate bb, thus causing symptoms.
