go to aboutthyroid .com
or type in Mary shomon in google

Hashimotos is an autoimmune disease--personally I think the Bb turns it on

My only female cousin with out hashi's got desert fever or something and shortly after her thyroid started giving her trouble.

You need at least one of the following and may be cytomel also:

synthroid
levoxyl
armour

and you will take it the rest of your life, and be happy to have it--it will improve your energy.

Do a search here on thyroid. when you have hashi's your thyroid can spin off and on--so you can be hyper or hypo at any given time.

My temperature was at 96 degrees for 10 years before they diagnosed me. By that time I was turning blue almost daily. I was cold and shakey all the time. Synthroid helped a lot.
