Can anyone tell me the best source for getting organic vitamins and supplements?

Also, what is the best type of magnesium and B12 to get?

Thank you for your advice!!

I am not sure about "organic" but I like Pure Encapsulations as a brand for purity.

Thanks. I was asking about organic because I figured that we should be trying to reduce our exposure to toxins. Maybe I am off base with the supplements?? Do they need to be organic like food should be?

Organic is "usually" best, all else being equal. You are right in that we sure don't need any more "fake" things put into our bodies. We have been bombarded with that stuff for years from the food manufacturers, etc..

The BEST vitamin C is the effervescent C-Salts from Wholesale Nutrition. You can go on 3000 to 4000 mg a day without stomach distress. I can personally say that as that is what I am now using. And my stomach problems have improved many times with that and getting off of tetracycline.

Our grandparents and/or great grandparents had much more healthy foods than we have overall today. They grew their own, and didn't have all the artificial fertilizers and deadly sprays to ingest in their systems. Go natural whereever you can, and do your body a favor.

Yes. I am interested in a reputable source for organic supplements. I really don't know these online companies and was hoping someone here had some experience with some that they trusted!

Dear Vachick:

I gave you the one, Wholesale Nutrition out in California. They are recommended in Buhner's Healing Lyme book and I have their C-Salts product and am very happy with it. They seem like really nice, and conscientous folks, AND they do have other vitamins as well. Call them on their 800 line. It is 800-325-2664. They are not set up good for online ordering, though you can check out their supplements online.

I do trust Buhner's recommendations, and he also recommends Seacost Natural Foods, though I have NOT tried them personally yet. Their number is 1-800-555-6792. They also have herbs.

You need MORE than just good vitamins on the path to good health. Abx won't give that to you. Herbs, good vitamins and good food WILL.

Hey Scott

At the risk of nagging you into the ground with more questions,I couldn't find "Pure encapsulations".

By either google or your webb site.

Where do you find this product?

Thanks and take care

Vachick;

I made a small error. It is Seacoast Natural Foods.

Their website is: seacoastvitamins.com
