Does anyone have any experience with glutathione cream? Would like feedback.

I have a son with autism and lyme, and although we've never tried glutathione cream , we have been using oral glutathione (liposomal/lipoceutical) for almost a year. It seems to cause alot of agitation, which I am told is due to rapid detoxification. Wellness Pharmacy advises to start low and go slow, in order to avoid adverse effects. The same advice may apply to glut. cream.
I do know that glut. cream is used by a large percentage of the autism community, and you may find more info. about it on autism websites.
Hope this has helped somewhat!

Thanks for your response. In addition to the agitation, did you feel that the glut. has actually helped your child?

I think it has helped in subtle ways. For instance, it seems to decrease the severity of his die-off reactions from Nystatin (for yeast).
So I would think it would also help with herxing from abx.

It also seems to have helped with his emotional instability -- mood swings aren't quite so drastic. Sort of leveled off his emotions, if that makes sense.

Also, he hasn't caught any of the typical cold/flu viruses in a very long time, so it must help with immunity.

And after being on glut. for 6 months, his hair analysis for heavy metals finally showed some mercury excretion, for the first time ever. I attribute this to the glutathione's ability to help with chelation. (he is not on any other form of chelation)

All in all, I think it has helped and we will continue to use it. One website, essentialgsh.com
used to have parents' feedback re: glutathione, but I can no longer find it! You may have better luck. Take care.
