A friend of my sons mom was saying that her daughter got better from lyme with kelation. Call me stupid but what is kelation? And did anyone out there try it?

Thanks

I think you mean Chelation...it is a way of detoxing, usually getting rid of heavy metals. I did an oral form of it don't know if effective. Some do a IV type.

It's Chelation, and it is used to draw out heavy metals from the body. It will also draw out your essentail minerals so make sure if you do it, they are replaced. This is usually done via EDTA, IV. It is used by doctors to treat arteriosclerosis and atherosclerosis in some patients.

It is pronounced "key lation"

It is spelled chelation.

Look very closely at what the INGREDIENTS are in the various things they use to chelate (remove).

For example: into a search engine, type in the words, "chelate aluminum" and see which acid does this.

Then combine that acid with a mineral...(the right one)...

AL and Mg both burn with a white light, very hot. This is the basis of fireworks. It is used to "light" the other minerals which give off the other colors.

Now...if someone is Mg deficient, it would stand to reason that they might start storing AL to try to "sub"...but it doesn't work quite the same and in fact causes more problems.

Restore the balance to heal. Eliminate the bad metals WHILE restoring the good ones.

Normally our bile salts remove the heavy harmful metals. Bile is made in the liver, it is stored in the gall bladder and dumped into the intestine in order to help us digest fats. If there is a problem with the liver producing enough bile ("fatty liver") this will impact the production and dumping of bile which might lead to the recirculation of the bad minerals...

Also, the "health" of the intestine is critical as healing

begins in the gut.

Our liver is our major "detox" organ. It is impacted pretty fast in this (and other) diseases. It SHOULD be able to "come to our rescue". It is a huge organ, capable of regeneration (if damaged) in just a couple of days. Quite awesome.

Toxins are acidic. Way too many of the WRONG acids. The body is far too acidic. Watch your pH like a hawk.
