Since Lyme, I've lost my ability to make major decisions. My life had been busy with many small or mechanical activities, but I avoid making decision, either consciously or subconsciously. This is not good, as I often end up procrastinating and leaving problems unresolved. I could have just made arbitrary decisions, but hasty decisions are not good either.
I would appreciate the advice from people who had same problems and have good strategies in dealing with them.

For two years now, I left the big decisions in the backround and focused on what *actually* should be the trivial. And what I mean by that, is I put MYSELF and my health aside and my treatment, for two years basically.... so that I could make sure
my kid was wearing the right sized shoes, my son got to his karate on time, the bills were paid on time, and everyone felt loved. In the meantime, and THANK GOD, i Lost NO ground ( but got better actually) fooling with my treatment like that... but in the
meantime I realized something very important and that is to PUT the most important first. Had I not held onto my recovery for two years by half arsed treating it, and backslid alot...
I really wouldn't have cared if my kid was wearing any shoes at all, if my son ever seen karate again or if anyone "felt loved".
Put yourself and what is important first, IF you can. When I was at my sickest, I just simply couldn't make any decisions. Thats when I let my family take over.
But, in order to better help you, what kinda decisions we talking about?
