Does anyone else have this problem. I stretch out my forarm and my pinky will start twitching shorty after. Is this what they mean by tight muscle twitching due to lack of magnesium?

Seems like when i stretch muscles start to twitch. Anyone else like this?

Luke,

I've had all kinds of twitching fingers, hands, arms, head, jerking body... you name it. It was really bad last May and was frightening. I never felt so out of control.

At the time, I was seeing a neurologist and the meds he gave me had little to no effect. I started seeing an accupuncturist, and that helped a lot.

However, the thing that helped the most was abx. I'm now much better after about 8mos of abx.

I have had alot of twitching. It actually seems to have almost subsided here recently and I just noticed this when I read your post. Maybe I am getting better?

I have Motor Tic Disorder from Lyme. It causes uncontrolled movements ranging from the tapping of my index finger to large movements of my arm or my body jumping in bed.

I also get muscle twitches that are a single muscle just moving. I sometimes get it behind my eye or in my digestive area. You just see a little bump of the muscle come and go. Kind of like a flicker.

I have had this problem too. When it does happen magnesium does help get it under control.

Hi
I had this and it seemed to get worse in early treatment...used to freak me out it was so extreme at times and felt irritated.

Dr b said to take 2 Mag Tabs daily as they are the most easily absorbed form of magnesium tablet..this helped a lot and mine is nearly gone.
