I have noticed that when I eat junk food, my symptoms tend to flare up, not all the time, but a lot of the time.
I also have this cloudy substance in my urine. I pee in clear plastic bottles to observe it at times. It is just a mass of WHITE fuzzy/cloudy suff at the bottom of the bottle.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! Help!

Oh yeah. If I eat wrong, within 24 hrs I know it by increased pain.

Have you been tested or treated for yeast?
Was you taking probotics? If so was it a good kind or the kind you get from a grocery store?
Of course you can get yeast even if you are taking probotics - even good ones.

sounds like yeast to me.
i cant eat any sugars or carbs at all.
i would ask to be tested and get a few good probiotics im on 4 differenent brands and alternate.

Thanks...I was taking tetra, 1500 mgs a day, now on zithro, low dose....I ate tons of carbs and sugar! MMMMMMMMMMMM! I will have the yeast test 2morrow....

When I use milk, I get the white cloudy stuff in my urine which my doctor has said is mucus and a sign of inflammation. I just got my allergy testing back and I am allergic to milk.
Also, sugar lowers the immune system so that could be part of your symptom increase because it may be allowing an increase in bacterial growth or some other infection growth like yeast or babs or ??. You could also possibly have hypoglycemia (not unusual with lyme) which can account for an increase in symptoms when eating junk food since junk food is high in sugar/carbs. Terry

Regardless of what the test shows, get on the diet and get some Nystatin!
