I have had a low grade temp for 4 months now. Now that I have started zith. it is going up to 100 again. I think my hypothalamus is messed up. Also have light sweats at night, nothing drenching like people with babs, but have had this on and off during treatment.

Dr. S said my fever that appears one to two weeks out of four is probably from Babesia.

Just make certain that your appendix is okay. My husband had this low-grade temp for a bit and ended up with a ruptured appendix. A low grade temp is not something to be non-chalant about.
Take care.

My husband and I both have low grade fevers. I've had mine for about 5 years.
And am not sure how long my husband has had his.

hey Loa
Sounds alot like babs with the sweat and palps. Not sure you don't have to have drenching sweats to have babs. I was never much of a sweater but teated positive to babs and would just have light sweats.
I had low grade fevers and chills for 20 years with my lyme, but did notice higher than normal temps while in treament. Was told a fever can be a sign of a herx.
It wasn't untill my last treatment for babs that the fevers ect.. finally went away. Knock on wood.
