I do notice that every time I give myself a b-12 shot I get a flare up of symptoms for a couple days and then it dies down again.
Is it a herx?

I'm feeling really strange today. It's sort of like I feel drunk when I move, but I haven't been drinking. It's starting to scare me.
I can't figure out why. I'm not on ABX yet. I went for blood test this am, only 2 vials. I figured it shouldn't be that.
I read your post and I realize that I hadn't taken B-12 for a long time until yesterday afternoon or evening. I wonder if that could cause me to feel this way.
I did a search on "B-12" and didn't see any other complaints.
What kind of symptoms are flaring?

Are they like neurological symptoms?
I've noticed that after b-12 shots I can have a flare up of what feels like nerve pain (not at the injection site).
