I am sure everyone is going to say it is probably Babesia - but, could Bartonella, or Tularemia or Lyme itself cause the following: Since starting Rifampin for Tularemia about 3 months ago, I have begun to have very severe sweats at night or day if I nap - pools of sweat. I also have more intense chills. What do you all think? I used to have night sweats in the beginning of the illness, and chills have happened throughout - but not as severe. Thanks...

Sorry, can't really answer your question. But I'll throw another player into the ring. How about Ehrlichia? Rifampin is also used to treat that.

Check you body tempature - babs causes Low body temps-96-93F
A easy thing you can try is drinking a liter or 2 of Tonic Water each day for a week or 2--It contains Quinine and makes most folks with Babs Herx --Jay--
