Just wandering if the pet store puppy colostrum would have specific transfer factor for lyme?

Says it provides immunity against some diseases. If dogs get lyme as frequently as they say then why wouldn't they put that in the store products?

It also has lots of nutrients and vitamins.

consider shelf life, storage temps., humidity, and so on would further degrade whats there.

same thing if you got fresh frozen colostrum form the le leche league freezer, or colostrum off the store shelf, or.... [lol]

But,for $20.00 you get big can with calcium

carbonate, magnesium carbonate, ascorbic acid,

niacin, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, folic acid,

vit E, vit A, riboflavin, vit B12, thiamin, vit D,

copper sulfate, potassium,biotin, L-arginine,

lecithin, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, etc.

Probably in xtra small doses, but sounds like good healthy drink for small price.

Sounds dog on healthy to me.

The theory about stimulating your immune system, Couldn't that back fire and make you sicker?

again,consider quality control issues, for each and every ingredient in pet products, and for a given product as a whole; unless, of course, your looking to do a remus, or romulus number(however the names are spelled), berthing some neo-romanesque empire with a nursing dog. [Roll Eyes]

o/w, for approx. $24.oo, for nutrients you listed from the pet product, check super market shelves for infant formulas for humans. no transfer factor in these though.

better chance of improved health with the hu. infant formula than w/ a pet product containing transfer factor in such low quantity that it would do anthing even for the lone bacterium of your choice.
