I found a pretty comprehensive list here at www.drlockie.com/profiles/diet_ymf.htm

Hope this helps. I do my best, but I am not always sugar or carb free. Thank goodness for Diflucan!!!

To make it really basic, here it is:

no yeasted products
no vinegar (mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc.)
no sugar (the obvious things as well as no milk or high-glycemic fruits/veggies - bananas, carrots, grapes, etc.)

eat protein, veggies and drink lots of water
some can tolerate yogurt

I used this website as a starting point and tailor my diet to what I, personally, have found is OK for me. I cheat occasionally, but have improved a lot on this regimen.

Even more simple... just shop in the produce section (leave out the fruit) and the meat section(leave out the cured meats, etc).
