Now, his office said he did not even make an appointment with you until he had reviewed your file. He did make an appointment with me so I am hoping he is going to treat me.
I am just so afraid he will not treat me, but will just send me for more tests or to someone else.
I am so afraid of being shuffled around from doc to doc and nothing being done.

Just be mentally prepared for a negative or limited response from him.
There are some good "Lyme literate" ID docs out there, but not many. I hope this is your lucky day.
