If you are not using Intramax, do some research on it and consider it. I am finding it to be helpful and testing very well using ART with people that I have tested it on. www.druckerlabs.com or www.myintramax.com. I have no financial tie to either. I am just about 3 weeks into using the product myself.

Interesting collection of ingredients... even includes Bach Flowers and Essential Oils..

I see that it contains ``arabinogalactan'' - so is this the product you've talked about before that you said contained ``galactose''?

Oh, I forgot to look when I had Adobe open (which is a real pain on this computer) - what is the recommended daily amount?

Thanks, Scott -

Good one, Robi (*smile*). To be honest, I never quite understood that statement anyway. Lyme brain, I guess.

It doesn't have a compliment of amino acids, which I really need in some liquid, powder, or sub-lingual form.....

but heck - how much can you cram into one supplement? [Big Grin]

Oh, thanks for your response, Robi - that helps!

It has a ton of amino acids. A whole section of them on the bottle....

They have a detox protocol that you start with 1 oz a day and then after a few days do 2, then 3, then 4, then 3 then 2, then back to 1 and you stay at 1.

Right now I am doing it about 3 times a day and heading back down to the 1.

I found this product last summer and after exhaustive research on vitamins, it seems to be the best. It is liquid, so it has a higher bioavailability plus all the things I was looking for; vitamins, macro/microminerals, probiotics, amino acids, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, phytochemicals (fruits + vegetables), and herbs. It also has the 8 essential sugars that is used in the Mannatech products. There is no doubt it is the best vitamin supplement out there. I have no financial ties either.

A friend and an ENT MD both recommended Intramax to me, and I think it is a good product. It does not have sufficient magnesium and calcium (not even 100% RDA, not to mention lyme needs), however, so you probably still need to take some of those (separately, so they don't bind with the minerals). You have to take it two hours away from any meds, and preferably 30 min. before eating. Tastes fine--sort of a tropical fruity taste.

Thanks, Scott - I must have misread the spreadsheet they posted on their website... I thought you had to order a different supplement to get the aminos.

Sorry about that. Not sure where I goofed on this.

Hey, guys, I just found a discount source for Intramax here: http://www.evitalhealth.com/index.cfm/FuseAction/Shopping.ProductDetails/productid/379.html

You get free shipping over $100. 32 oz. bottle costs $63.75 (vs. usual $75 from an MD.)

I have nothing to do with the site or sale of Intramax, just a consumer who was paying more elsewhere--till now.

That IS a great price. I think the practitioner price is just over 60 dollars. I have been paying 69.95. Thanks

I have been using it for a month. I really prefer liquid since I take other supplements/herbs thru-out the day.

I am not able to isolate what is keeping me well.

It would be good to hear from some folks who have used it long term to see if it's worth the $$$.

I do think it is a good product. I found taking liquids harder than pills for me and so I often times use another product as well but still support the use of Intramax.

One clarification - practitioners can purchase it at a lower cost than what I originally understood if they buy in bulk so the comments about it being 60 dollars wholesale may not be accurate.

I would like to hear more from other people using it as well.

Glad you are finding it helpful, Scott. I will say this much for it at this point-- after pretty faithfully taking it for a couple of months, my white blood cell counts were finally higher (and they've been low for YEARS). I think the nutrients are better absorbed, and that helps the immune system.

I had been using some tablet vitamins for years, but a Spectracell test showed I was deficient in several, so I wasn't absorbing them. Liquid supplements tend to be better absorbed, and I think Intramax has special processes that make them even more bio-available.

My main problem is getting that second daily dose in (1/2 oz.)when I'm out and about, since it has to be kept refrigerated. I tend to take it on waking, and then around 4PM (when at home to do it), as someone above mentioned they also do. (Take it much later and you may have trouble sleeping, as it energizes you. Same with Co-Q10 supplements.)

It's a bit difficult trying to time the various supplements & meds sufficiently apart from each other unless you stick to a schedule-- be sure it's kept two hours away from taking meds (or other supplements/herbs which also need to be separate from your meds in many cases-- not to mention from iron/dairy items that bind with some meds and supplements)... it's a bit of a juggling act at times.

I just rechecked that EvitalHealth link I posted earlier, and I must have hit a special sale back then. Today they are saying it's now $75 a bottle... I'm glad I bought several bottles back when it was cheaper, but meanwhile if anyone else finds a cheaper source, please let us all know.

You won't find it cheaper online. The company has a policy that it must be sold at the 75 dollars and they do not allow web discounting.
