I know ya'll won't believe some of these things, but I swear I have done them. Is this part of lyme?

Putting the milk in the cabinet and chocolate in the refrigerator.

Brushing my teeth with VAGASIL...I swear I did it.

Wearing my pajama bottoms under my clothes....

Looking for glasses, when they were on my head...

Going to Walmart with a list, and then forgetting completely the list and why I was there...

wearing one blue and one black shoe to work...

And the list goes on, but you get the picture.....

Quotes for the day:

"You know you're going to have a bad day when you put your bra on backwards and it fits better."

"You know you're going to have a bad day when you get on the scale and it plays "I love a parade."

"You know you're going to have a bad day when you get on the scale and it says "one at a time."

Hmmmm.....nope, not hard to belive at all.
We all do wierd things like that at this house. Makes life really interesting and funny sometimes.
[except when I am looking for the car keys cause we have to GO and there they are.... in the frig.! [bonk] ]
The many times we wore shirts inside out, or son wore PJs to school... and we didnt notice....
Dh wore his bedroom slippers to work recently, didnt notice till he got home.

How many times we couldnt find our house after living in it a couple months...[mostly at night, coming home from somewhere] and once we couldnt remember our street and had to look up our address [Eek!]

I still think lyme patients would make a great sitcom.

Have I done stupid lyme things? ...all the time [bonk]

putting my keys in the fridge
putting the ceral box in the fidge & the milk in the cabnet
Saying the complete opposite of what I intended to say

Very frustrating but Gotta have a sence of humor about these thing or I would loss my mind a long time ago.

Oh, PLEASE! I so relate to what you're saying. I attribute it to the fact that I can only effectively process one thing at a time. If I'm thinking about something other than what I'm doing RIGHT NOW, I do something goofy.

Pouring soup into a drinking glass

Putting stuff in the fridge that belongs in the freezer and vice versa

Turning my windshield wipers on when I meant to turn on the headlights

Making a list and leaving it at home/on the car seat

The list goes on and on. I just laugh and marvel that I haven't publicly humiliated myself yet. [Big Grin]

Sorry I forgot to add one thing that does help me when I have my "lyme moments" in public.

"That's what I get for skipping my morning coffee"

This line works for me. Most everyone can relate to this

Hope this helps
