Dear Lyme Friends,

I have been moved by how strongly Rose's family feels the Lyme community should receive help. Rose was so important to Lyme advocacy for many years of her life, and therefore her family would like to extend this effect in her memory. They have expressed that in lieu of flowers, donations to national Lyme causes in her memory would be appreciated.

Below is the donation information previously posted by Rose to LymeInfo.

**
At this time of giving we would like to encourage donations to the Lyme Disease Association, a non-profit organization that advocates on behalf of Lyme disease patients. We strongly encourage donations to their Columbia University Chronic Lyme Research Center fund as well as their LymeAid4Kids fund.

To donate, please see:
http://www.lymediseaseassociation.org/Donations.html

Or, tax deductible donations can be sent to:
Lyme Disease Association, Inc.
PO Box 1438
Jackson, NJ 08527
Please write in the memo section of your check the name of the fund to which you would like to contribute.

*PLEASE NOTE: Whether you decide to make a general donation, or earmark it for a specific fund, please be sure to mention that your donation is being made in memory of Rose of LymeInfo.
