Well, I try to check every few days and send PMs to folks in my state (and a couple of surrounding states).

I do try to keep a list of LLMDs or "Lyme Friendly" medical docs in a 3-state area, even though I'm not seeing an LLMD myself.

I hope that is okay.... I know it is better if referrals come from those who have personal experience, but if nobody else posts, I do.

I know I'm new and maybe it wouldn't be the best idea for me to do this, but I would love to help. If someone is in the FL area and insists on getting treated here, I can PM them my experience with my LLMD (who I love).

Let me know, I'm on this bored all day...LOL

Two years ago, i helped a fellow from Ohio in the need a doctors section.I gave him my doctors name,he went to his appointment. It wasnt posted on the quetionaire, how much the inital visit was with all the tests. He in turn went to a doctor at Ohio state, and that doctor nearly tryed eveything to get my doctor in trouble.Maybe someone should post the prices before they give the information, then if they want to proceed, then give them a name.Just my opinion.

leogrl, I'm bumping this up so I'll see it in the morning to remind me..... off to bed at the moment.

(If I forget, you can always PM me and remind me.) [Big Grin]

8man, good suggestion

but many folks like me with lists do NOT have this info. i record what it is shared with me.

it's up to THEM to call and get accurate quotes on $$.

tutu, good news!

i received an email from jenifer today and she hadn't received my post about seeking dr. info that i revised and sent to her plus posted on this board but it was buried.

i asked her to make it a feature like it used to be, and then we don't have to bring this up daily.

HOPING it will get others to check there 1st before readng all the medical posts and general. [Wink]

tutu, i gave out some names, and others i couldn't help.

disappointed my feature isn't up there to remind folks to help others daily by taking ONLY 5 MINUTES TO GO AND READ WHO NEEDS HELP THE LAST 2 DAYS! [Frown]
