I know steriods are really bad for Lyme. Ive been doing well w/ heat and mild hyperbaric. bedbound from a slipped disk and they want/think the steriod injection may get me back on my feet. I've heard of people going downhill fast w steriods. Suggestions?

A steroid injection in February triggered the worst relapse of Lyme/Bartonella in me, I am going through hell now.
