Just posting for the morning crowd, that Brooke Landau will be interviewed on her encounter with Lyme disease on ABC's "Good Morning America" show. They just announced that the story will air during the 8:00 hour.
Brooke has been a wonderful advocate for Lyme patients. She is one class act. Go Brooke!

Thanks, lymedesign. Did it already, and encourage others to respond also. Unfortunately, they tried very hard to negate what she was saying (the follow-up article online quotes Edlow and Wormser), but Brooke managed to get out a ton of info in a few sentences in the interview, and her story is so compelling it will be hard to forget.

I sent the link to all my friends & family...with a note saying I think everything was very close to the truth except the mis-information about 24 hour theory of tick attachment.

What amazes me is their is post after post on those comments that are duplicated, repitious and copied OVER and OVER..
What advantage does saying the same thing three times do for education??
Is that people double and triple posting?? Or the site making it LOOK like more people commenting by duplicating the posts.??
Spose ANYONE will actually read these,,,I mean people from ABC that can MAKE a difference, air MORE stories such as this one.??

I can only speak for myself, justdon, but since I double-posted, I can tell you what happened to me....
After I composed my response, I went to the link to register. After I registered, I was redirected back to the message board, and did not see my message either on the board or in the submission box, so I assumed it didn't send.
What really happened was it DID send, but with a lag before it appeared. So during that lag time, I re-posted. There is no way to edit after posting.
Unfortunate, just a glitch in the program.
