Don't know. Did you see my recent post on lipomas? Am asking too.
I just missed a talk on Lyme last year. When I got there late, I asked the speaker this question. And he said he had Lyme and lipomas. I would venture a guess that there is a connection. But we're still at a basic level of research on the issue. The doctor in San Diego is working on it(see my lipoma post).
